Rose Members,

With Masters Week approaching, I can't help but imagine how special this time of year will soon become for us all at The Rose. We're genuinely excited about the incredible progress at both our Downtown Club and Golf Club. March blessed us with fantastic weather, and our construction teams took full advantage of the longer, sunnier days. All 18 holes have now been rough-shaped, greens are receiving their finishing touches, and irrigation installation is well underway. Soon, we'll be adding the greens mix, getting everything set for sprigging later this spring.

Our membership continues to grow steadily, and we can't thank you enough for your referrals and ongoing support. We're quickly approaching our 150th member milestone, and I want to remind everyone that new memberships are exclusively available through your referrals. If you know someone who would make a wonderful addition to The Rose, please reach out to Nick or Dimitri directly—they'll gladly walk your referrals through every step. And don't forget, you can easily share our teaser video below with potential members via text or email.

Throughout April, all members will receive their bag tag and a couple of hats (if you haven't already). Additionally, we'll be taking orders soon for exclusive Rose Golf Club golf bags, belts, and T-shirts. Look for more details on these items coming your way next week. 

If you haven't visited the property lately, I highly recommend coming out soon. The stunning views, unique topography, and thoughtful course design truly come alive when experienced in person. Bringing potential members with you is encouraged—they'll undoubtedly be amazed by the property's beauty and prime location.
