Golf Operations
Hours of Operations
The golf course will be open for play at 8:00am daily
The practice facilities will open 30 minutes before the course opening
Golf Reservations
Members may call the golf shop or use the app to make a golf reservation. When making a golf reservation, please include your desired starting time, names of players, and preferred mode of transportation (caddie/cart/etc).
The Rose Golf Club will not offer tee times. A member will express the time they wish to play. The Golf Professionals will coordinate starting times with each group in the designated areas to maximize the member experience and pace of play.
All groups are expected to adhere to our pace of play guidelines. All rounds of golf should be completed in 4 hours and 10 minutes or less.
Fivesomes will be approved at the discretion of the Head Professional or General Manager. Fivesomes will be held to the same pace of play standard as all other groups on the course.
Members are asked to notify the Golf Shop as early as possible of any cancellations to allow the Club to reassign caddies when applicable.
Guest Policies
A member is permitted to host 7 guests Monday through Thursday at a rate of $150. Additional guests must be approved by the Head Professional or the General Manager.
A member is permitted to host 3 guests Friday through Sunday at a rate of $150. Additional guests must be approved by the Head Professional or General Manager.
Members may host unaccompanied guests Monday through Thursday at a rate of $350. All unaccompanied guest requests must be approved by the Head Professional or General Manager. All unaccompanied guests will be required to take a caddie. This reservation will count towards the annual guest allotment listed below. The Club reserves the right to deny unaccompanied guest requests at its discretion.
A guest is permitted to play 4 times per calendar year at a rate of $150. Major Club events such as Member-Guest will not count towards a guest’s 4 visits/year.
An immediate family guest will not have a limited number of visits per year. Immediate family guests must be hosted by a member and will be charged a guest fee of $75. An immediate family guest is defined as parents, grandparents, grandchildren, and children over the age of 25. Children over the age of 25 are also permitted to play 4 times/year without their parents but will be charged the applicable fees.
Caddie Program
Caddies will be required for golf on Friday-Sunday before 12:00 PM. You may walk with a caddie or ride in a golf cart with a forecaddie.
Groups with more than 1 guest will be required to take a caddie regardless of the day or time. An immediate family guest will not be included towards the guest count for the caddie requirements.
All members are encouraged to support our caddie program outside of the required times when possible.
Caddies are not employees of the Club. The terms of the agreement are between the member and the caddie.
There will be two “tiers” of caddies. “Honor Caddies” are our experienced caddies. “A-Level Caddies” will have less experience than an Honor Caddie. The recommended caddie rate is $150/bag for Honor Caddies and $120/bag for A-Level Caddies. If you are unsure what type of caddie you have, you may ask the Caddie Master.
Forecaddie recommended rates are $80/bag for Honor Caddies and $60/bag for A-Level Caddies.
Additional gratuities to the recommended caddie rate are at the discretion of the member.
Game Day Policies
Game day policies will be in effect on Fridays and Saturdays during home football games.
Fridays will require a tee time to play.
Saturdays will be a shotgun start. When the game time is announced, all members signed up will receive an email with the starting time for the shotgun. If the shotgun gets full, there will be a waiting list on a first come, first-served basis.
Sundays will return to normal operating procedures. Groups with more than 1 guest will be required to take a caddie regardless of the day or time. An immediate family guest will not be included towards the guest count for the caddie requirements.
