Rose Members,

We are just 46 days away from welcoming everyone back to The Rose for our September 1st opening. For those of you whom I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting, my name is Michael Rhinehart, and I am the Head Golf Professional at the Club. Words cannot adequately express how excited I am to be in Athens and spend time with all of you. We are all thrilled to see everyone at the Club and look forward to a great season together.

Please take a few moments to review the attached Golf Policies, which will go into effect on September 1st. The document outlines our golf reservation procedures, guest policies, caddie program, and Game Day Weekend operations.

We recognize that home game weekends present unique demands on the golf operation. To provide the best possible experience for all members, Fridays during home game weekends will operate with assigned starting times, and Saturdays will feature a shotgun start. This format allows us to accommodate the greatest number of players, minimize wait times, and ensure an enjoyable pace of play throughout the day.

We are also pleased to announce that our practice tee will open on August 1 for members who would like to practice or schedule a lesson with one of our Golf Professionals.

Finally, we are looking forward to several exciting golf events this fall. To register for any of the events below, please contact Michael Rhinehart.
