Dear Rose Members,

Happy New Year!

2026 promises to be an exciting year for our young Club. The Downtown Club has offered a wonderful preview of what's to come at The Rose Golf Club, and we are eagerly looking forward to welcoming our Members onto the golf course this spring. By fall, we expect to be fully operational, with full golf operations underway and the clubhouse open.

We would also like to thank our members for recommending so many wonderful new members. We closed 2025 with a total of 219 Members, keeping us ahead of our original projections and positioning the Club extremely well as we introduce additional amenities throughout 2026.

Golf Course Update

We have officially completed grassing the tees, fairways, and greens on all 18 holes. Remaining work includes the native areas, after which our focus will shift to the short game area and driving range as the new year gets underway.

At this time, we are targeting March 26 for opening the golf course to the Membership. Additional details regarding golf operations will be shared in our February update.

Vertical Construction at the Golf Club

Construction continues to progress nicely across the property:

• The Clubhouse roof and masonry are more than 50% complete, with most exterior work scheduled to finish by mid-February.

• The comfort station, “Paula's Place,” has been fully framed and remains on track to open around the same time as the golf course.

• Site clearing has begun for the 16-room cottage.

• The golf course maintenance facility and cart barn are nearing completion, and our team expects to move equipment by the end of January.

Over the past several months, we've enjoyed fantastic game days and member gatherings. In 2026, our goal is to host two organized events per month. Below are our first two events of the year:

An educational and enjoyable evening exploring the differences between sparkling wines, paired with thoughtfully selected small plates.

Friday, January 30 | 6:00 PM
Cost: $25 per person + member-charge bar
Italian Night with Chef Filippo
Chef Filippo will guide you through the Italian aperitivo experience, with a focus on Milan, accompanied by wines from Piedmont.

Downtown Club Hours

The Downtown Club is available by reservation outside of scheduled hours. Please contact our team to make arrangements.

• Sunday–Monday: Closed

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Wednesday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (or later)

• Friday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (or later)
