Dear Rose Members, First and foremost, thank you for your incredible support during the Grand Opening of the Downtown Club. The atmosphere throughout the day was truly special. Seeing families come together to enjoy this beautiful space was a joy, and we look forward to creating lasting memories with you for many years to come.

As we continue to grow and develop our club and programming, here are a few important updates and reminders:

No Social Media Posts

To help preserve the private, relaxed environment of the club, we kindly ask that members and guests refrain from posting pictures from inside The Rose Golf Club facilities on social media. This policy helps all members feel comfortable and present while enjoying the club.

Guest Policy

We understand that Georgia sporting events are a cherished tradition, often enjoyed with extended family and friends. While we finalize our guest policy, we ask that you keep guest groups to a reasonable size and be mindful of overall space and congestion. As a reminder, all guests must be accompanied by a member to enter the Club.  We plan to share our full operational plan well in advance of the Alabama game so that members can plan accordingly.

Golf Club Update

With the Downtown Club now open, we'd like to share a some of the progress on the Golf Club:

  • Clubhouse: Construction is progressing swiftly, with full enclosure expected by the end of September. Exterior work will continue through the end of the year.

  • Course Grassing: Grassing is well underway. So far, 15 of 18 green surrounds have been grassed.  Each day, we are laying between 6 and 8 trucks of sod so the golf course is truly transforming daily.

  • Greens Update: Due to delays earlier this year, we unfortunately missed the optimal window to sprig TifEagle Bermuda in 2025. After careful evaluation, our team has recommended seeding the greens with bent grass this fall. This approach will ensure full coverage before the winter months will help us protect the greens' subsurface.  This approach will also allow members to preview the course in the spring of 2026 during the peak golf season.

Next summer, we'll close the course temporarily to convert the greens from bent grass to Bermuda, and perform final work on tees and fairways to prepare for the official grand opening in the fall of 2026.

Residential Update

Please be on the lookout for an email this week announcing the kickoff to the residential neighborhood adjacent to The Rose, and an opportunity for Members to opt in to receive more information on these homesites.

Thank you again for being such an important part of The Rose. We are just getting started, and we're honored to have you along for the journey.

Warm regards,

Adam Kushner
