Clubhouse, Course & Community Updates
Dear Rose Members,
We're pleased to share an update on the exciting progress happening across The Rose—from the Downtown Club and Clubhouse to the golf course and practice facilities.
Downtown Club
Over the next couple of weeks, sheetrock will be installed, giving everyone a much clearer sense of how the finished interiors will look and feel. We can't wait to see the space come to life.
Clubhouse
The foundation is nearly complete, and we're finalizing the last adjustments to the construction documents. If all continues on pace, vertical construction will begin by the end of May.
Golf Course
All 18 holes have now been fully rough-shaped. Drainage and greens mix are already in place on about half the greens. Once temperatures rise and irrigation is in, we'll begin grassing—with plans to sprig half of the greens in June and the remainder in July.
Practice Facilities
These are among the final elements to be shaped, and we're thrilled with what Tripp Davis and our tour players have designed: three tee areas oriented in different directions and a short game complex with multiple greens for wedge shots up to 90 yards. With guidance from professionals who understand the most effective ways to train, we believe The Rose will offer one of the finest practice environments in the world.
Membership & Culture
Touring many of you around the property continues to be a highlight. It's always energizing to hear fresh perspectives from members not onsite every day. We expect to surpass 160 members in the next few weeks and are incredibly grateful for your support. The unique culture we're building has been especially evident during recent visits to Macon, Lake Oconee, and Eagle Point in Wilmington.
Meet Our Newest Team Members
To support our continued momentum, we've added a few new faces to the team, including key roles in Golf Course Maintenance and Member Services.

McKenzie Vitch
Member Coordinator
McKenzie joins us from Jefferson, GA, and is a proud UGA grad. She's supported UGA Baseball operations and worked in event planning at Akins Arena. One of the first to express interest in joining The Rose, McKenzie will now serve as a key point of contact for member support and upcoming visits to Athens and the Downtown Club.

Brigham Hardman
Golf Course Superintendent
Brigham will be Jimmy Humston's right hand man as he returns to his birthplace after years away from Athens, most recently serving at The Alotian Club in Arkansas. His past experience includes Mountain Top Golf & Lake Club and Augusta National. He enjoys golf, the outdoors, and spending time with family—and is eager to help shape an exceptional golf course here at The Rose.

Mason Dewberry
Mason is also joining our Golf Course Maintenance team. Mason has one semester left in the Turf Grass Management program at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Mason was most recently an intern at Sand Valley in Wisconsin. We are excited to have Mason join our team and assist with the grow-in of the golf course this summer.
——
As always, thank you for your continued enthusiasm and belief in what we're building together.
Best Regards,
Adam Kushner
