Golf Course Update

Hole #1, the final hole under construction, is on track for completion around December 17. We are also aiming to have the practice facilities shaped and grassed before the end of the year. We are looking forward to playing the first rounds of golf at The Rose this spring. The exact date for the course opening will depend on the weather throughout January and February.

Downtown Club

As the year comes to a close, we want to thank all of our Members for their support this fall. The Downtown Club has been an incredible amenity during our first year. It has been a pleasure seeing the space enjoyed by so many, and even more rewarding to watch new friendships form among Members visiting Athens from across the country.

We are hosting several Member holiday events and want to remind everyone that we are happy to assist with any gatherings you may be planning for late 2025 or into 2026.

The Downtown Club remains available by reservation outside of scheduled hours—please reach out to our team if you'd like to make arrangements.

The Downtown Club will be open on December 31 and January 1 for the College Football Playoffs.  We look forward to having a great crowd to watch the Dawgs as they travel to New Orleans.

Hours of Operation:

• Sunday–Monday: Closed
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (or later)
• Friday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (or later)

Please note: The Downtown Club will be closed from December 22–26.
