Dear Rose Members,

We are pleased to share that we expect to receive our Certificate of Occupancy on September 3. Our team is diligently finalizing permits, wrapping up the remaining punch list, and ensuring the décor and ambiance are fully prepared to welcome you.

To commemorate this important milestone, we invite all members to join us for the Grand Opening Celebration of the Downtown Club on Saturday, September 6.

Opening Day Schedule – September 6th

• Doors Open | 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Start your day with Pastries, Bloody Mary's, Mimosas, and other light refreshments.

• Food Stations | 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

• Enjoy a variety of food stations and beverages positioned throughout the Downtown Club.

• Bar Service | Until 11:00 PM (or when the last member departs)

• As a thank you to our members, food and a selection of wine, beer, and liquor will be complimentary throughout the celebration.

Adult guests are welcome at $40 per person (charged to the member account) if they partake in food and beverage service. Children under 18 may attend at no charge.

Guest Policies

In the first weeks of operation, we will refine guest policies to ensure the best experience for everyone. Members are encouraged to share the Downtown Club with their guests, but we ask for consideration of fellow members if the space becomes crowded. In such cases, members will always receive priority. All guests must be accompanied by a member to enter the Club.

Ongoing Operations and Use of the Club

As we transition into regular operations, the Downtown Club will remain open most days so we can observe how members choose to use the space. With coffee and juice service in the mornings and a full bar in the afternoons and evenings, the Club is designed as a welcoming place to work, meet, or relax throughout the day.

While the Club does not have a full-service kitchen, our team is happy to assist with arranging catered meals for private gatherings or events. For food service requests, please contact:

Please submit catering inquiries at least 48 hours in advance so we can best accommodate your event.

Note: The Downtown Club is not intended to generate profit from dining experiences. Our goal is simply to cover the costs associated with any food and beverage services provided.
